Vision, Mission, and Values

Vision

I see a world in which every human being has a smile on their face, a nourished body and soul, and lives in a connected and compassionate living community. I see neighbors building a fence together, supporting each other in times of crisis, and sharing moments of joy. I see political leaders discussing ideas around a table, in a giant circle, with no labels or agendas. They are identifying and clarifying the needs of the people, and creating the best possible solutions to meet everyone’s needs. They attack the challenges before them as a united team with diverse thinking and immeasurable value.

I see hope, joy, and satisfaction on the face of every worker…they are doing what they are best at, using their strengths, contributing to the world, and being supported in achieving their dreams in return for their contributions. I see children with voracious appetites for knowledge devouring books, sitting in discussion groups, teaching adults, sharing with friends and relatives, learning because they are driven by curiosity and the need to contribute to the well being of others.

I see corporate executives meditating in a circle with their leadership team, preparing for the day by envisioning the world they are creating for their staff, shareholders, and the public. I see connections between people on all sides of the planet, and a look of understanding and cooperation in their eyes. I see a society in which every person strives to meet the needs of others, and their own needs, in creative, loving, and peaceful ways.
