“We have been working with netCorps for the past six years and with Sean for the past two years. Sean is very committed to his job and is finishing a complete IT overhaul and bringing us into the 21st century. He was very good with taking the information we gave him about our needs and putting it into a proposal within our budget. I cannot begin to tell you how much easier my work is now because of him – and how much safer our information is. Our new webpage is phenomenal and easy to make changes to and update, for those of us who are IT challenged. Check it out: www.familysupportonline.org.
I recently had rogue software put on my laptop from a site on the internet. I called Sean and told him my computer was unusable and I needed it the next day. He spent all day Sunday working on it! I don’t know any other business that would do that. The fact that he fixed the computer and saved all my information was incredible – I can’t thank him enough!
Sean always listens to our needs and concerns and comes up with solutions even when we think there are none. He is such a pleasant person to work with and we have enjoyed the many, many hours spent working with him.”

“Sean has been a delight to work with, extremely professional, conscientious and thorough at all times. Sean kindly extended his time pro-bono to complete and honor the agreement netCorps had made with our non-profit organization and has gone above and beyond in donating his personal time in providing technology coaching to me after the completion of our contract. I have worked with for-profit tech providers in the past and have never had an experience of true cooperation and desire to help when problems developed. Sean’s donation of labor, flexibility to roll with the punches and personal ownership of the work he has provided for our organization are all shining examples of his goodwill attitude!”

“Our relationship with netCorps started as a simple technological assessment, meant to survey our current practices and point us in the right direction towards greater program efficiency. During the assessment, our organization received a gracious donation of ten new computers, so what began as a basic assessment turned into the complete overhaul of our computer system. Truth be told, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into, and while it has been an overwhelming and complicated change, netCorps has been there for us every step of the way.
In our experience with netCorps, we have been highly impressed by the creative solutions generated by the consultants. They are fully focused on the end result, and this vision has helped steer us through a frustrating time of change. The individuals we have worked with, namely Sean Watson, have maintained an exceptionally positive attitude during an incredibly stressful period. Our staff has learned a lot during this process through Sean’s patient coaching, and he has proven to be more knowledgeable than our paid computer “expert.”
We have also been pleased with the flexibility of netCorps, and their ability to tailor our organization’s technological support to our specific needs. The “going the extra mile” mentality seems to be a standard practice for the business, which is hardly the norm these days. We were in a bind prior to our annual fundraiser held last weekend, and Sean made a special trip to make sure our printers were connected to the network and functioning properly for our big night. These personal touches make such a difference, and are rarely found among the for-profit sector. In actuality, there is no way a small non-profit association like us could afford this level of expertise. At least twenty hours of work time have been donated to our organization, allowing for a thorough appraisal and completion of tasks. Their ability to work within our limited budget has been extraordinarily helpful for us, and I dare say the other non-profits they serve so proficiently.
To conclude, the Mental Health Association in Greensboro’s relationship with netCorps has been a fruitful one. Without their guidance and ingenuity, we would not be working at the enhanced level we are today.”
